Pleased to meet you, my name is Jan Willem
I have been active in the modeling world for many years. My favorite tabletop game is 'Bolt Action.' That's why I chose this one to be the first to game to sell in the webshop. Followed by my 2nd favorite miniature line from Victrix Limited.
In a few years I hope to welcome you to a physical store so that you can play, build and customize other games in addition to Bolt with me and many others.

I have been playing on tabletop, war games and model building since 2001. Before this, it was always playing with my father's trains. Or better, learned young and never stopped.
For me personally, things started to take off with Lord of the Rings and then of course playing with Isengard & Gondor. And later the Fountain Knights. This was followed by several games and model building styles. From Warhammer 40,000 to Bolt Action and occasionally a sidestep to wooden ships such as HMS Victory.
For several years now I have had the idea that I want to do more with these hobbies. Now I have taken this leap as best as I can. Welcome to Lowland Miniatures. A small Bolt Action webshop that I can hopefully expand together with you. The ultimate goal is a physical store where we can play and do hobbies together. While providing cheaper reinforcements for everyone!
My own work
Nice that you look a little further, but be warned. Personally, I'm a Tabletop player first, and a painter second. Generally my work looks nice in the field but rarely do I have the patience to work for hours on a small unit. In other words, I'm more of a bulk dyer.
The Finns as a Bolt Action nation are probably my favorite.

Of course the Finns don't steal everything. Also enjoy playing as their arch enemy the Soviet Union. Of course in winter style.
Very occasionally a diorama. Unfortunately not my specialty. But very fun to do.

Another favorite of mine is the Roman era, so I also have a whole Roman army from Victrix.
Unfortunately, I don't have a large house at my disposal, so I have to pursue a compact hobby.
